Who am I?

I’m a space-holder for shadow-embracing transformation. With over a decade of experience guiding sessions and workshops, I aim to invite you into deep inner listening, connection, and expression.

My credentials are a BSc in Psychology and a BA in World Performance from East15 Acting School. I am also a Certified Yoga Teacher, an Angelic Reiki Master, and I am currently training as a Wild Soul Shamanka Priestess at the Goddess Temple in Glastonbury.

​

In my work, I choose to integrate the languages of theatre, music, and dance with therapeutic and spiritual practices I have cultivated through my journey. My path is one of weaving psychological understanding with embodied wisdom and sacred connection, honouring both the human experience and the mysteries of life. Non-exclusively, this work is also shaped by the challenging and transformative experiences I have navigated myself.
